About The Role

As a Python Developer, you’ll join a collaborative team of engineers and product experts building tools that improve pharmaceutical workflows, data processing, and patient safety. Your focus will be backend development using Django and Flask, contributing to both new features and optimization of existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django, Flask)
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver robust, secure applications
• Contribute to software architecture and database design
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in German (B2 or higher) – essential for communication with clients and internal teams
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python
• Strong hands-on experience with Django and Flask
• Familiarity with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Docker
• A focus on quality, security, and performance
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharma or medtech) is a plus
