Job Description
In this role, you drive the growth and profit of Miltenyi Biotec’s portfolios for Regenerative Medicine, and market it to stem cell customers in basic and translational, and clinical research worldwide. You analyze and monitor global and regional market situations, including new scientific trends and competitor activities, to develop successful marketing strategies.
This position is limited to 2 years of employment in the beginning.

Job Description
In this role, you drive the growth and profit of Miltenyi Biotec’s portfolios for Regenerative Medicine, and market it to stem cell customers in basic and translational, and clinical research worldwide. You analyze and monitor global and regional market situations, including new scientific trends and competitor activities, to develop successful marketing strategies.
- As a Life Cycle Owner, you are primarily responsible for creating, planning, and implementing market strategies. Thanks to a strong understanding of our customer journey, you can translate your insight into plans.
- You work as a part of a cross-functional team (that includes Product Managers, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Web and Graphics) to develop and execute marketing activities that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- You act as Booth Manager at several conferences worldwide, making sure that our market strategy is translated into on-site activities. You will work closely with the Conference and Sales teams to attract potential customers and enhance our brand image.
- You establish and foster strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the stem cell field, both on a scientific and commercial level.
- You support our Sales colleagues worldwide and provide strategy and material for market entry in defined regions.
- You have an advanced degree in life sciences and/or experience in sales or marketing in a life science environment. You have a proven background in stem cell research and/or regenerative medicine.
- You are a self-starter and have strong organizational skills together with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is a plus. You enjoy working interdisciplinary and across departments on an international level.
- You are a strong networker, you know what the customer wants, and take the right actions to continuously improve your action plan.
- You are an excellent communicator, especially in English, and love to travel internationally (about 30%).
