The department
As a partner to all sites and product teams, we at Global Labeling Near Patient Care, develop, design, and localize content for digital and print instructions for use and packaging for people with diabetes around the world.
Our global project management team provides support for the production and implementation of global labeling in accordance with business goals and in compliance with governing requirements.
Your position
As an Operations Project Management Consultant (m/f/d) you are responsible for projects within Global Labeling near patient care.

Your position
As an Operations Project Management Consultant (m/f/d) you are responsible for projects within Global Labeling near patient care.
Your Challenges
- Identifying scope and conduct impact analysis of a requested product change and identify other business areas impacted.
- Initiating the development of the project schedule and plan and ensuring project management approaches and tools support process development and are aligned with other business practices
- Assisting in establishing priorities for multiple ongoing projects
- Serve as subject-matter expert for product labeling changes considering regulatory and operational impact.
- Providing direction to project teams for ongoing projects and project assignments
- Effectively communicate, negotiate, and engage with project team members and stakeholders at all levels ensuring project success
- Identifying and resolving project conflicts in the best interest of team members, stakeholders, and customers ensuring project objectives and business goals are achieved
- Providing coaching/mentoring to others on project management principles and techniques. Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing and best practices
- Serve as subject-matter expert for the project management methodologies and tools
- Continually contributing to time to market improvements and innovation across the project management team
- Fostering digitalization and automation to increase efficiency in the project management process, in close collaboration with all teams
- University degree in scientific, technical or computer studies
- Confirmed project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects independently
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and of project management tools and techniques that provide knowledge in developing project schedules, information distribution and performance reporting
- Strong computer software applications skills in project management related software such as SmartSheet, Trello, and Agile related project management tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical skills to assist project teams in implementing solutions to complex problems
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to successfully manage stakeholders at different management levels and to effectively facilitate meetings. You have also proven your ability to work across cultures
- Scrum master certificate or SAFe 5 Agilist
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems
- Experience using computer software applications in project management related software
- PMP Certification
