Since our foundation in 2019, we have been a modern IT consulting and system house for customized solutions that are precisely tailored to the requirements of our customers. With a dedicated team of around 20 employees at our locations in Dülmen and Stadtlohn, we develop future-oriented IT concepts in the areas of IT infrastructure, IT security and cloud and implement them reliably - both regionally and nationally, including support for customer projects throughout Europe.

We are now looking for support for our seven-strong Customer Care team at the Dülmen & Stadtlohn locations.

Your tasks

• Whether planning, installation, configuration or support: you are the first point of contact for our customers
• Via telephone, ticket system, on site or remotely, you manage our customers' environments, ensure smooth operation and rectify any faults that occur
• You will be given optimum scope for your development, as you will work on existing projects and take responsibility for the implementation of sub-projects
• You document knowledge for us and our customers in internal systems so that it is also available to everyone else
  
  

Your skills

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable
• Good technical understanding in the field of IT infrastructure
• Professional appearance and communication
• Experience in Windows servers and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP or Microsoft 365
• Class B driving license
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Independent, self-reliant and structured way of working
• Plus, but not a must: experience in virtualization with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V, experience with Sophos firewall systems
