You will be contributing to that vision by…

  • Serving as a strategic partner to Global Managers, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to enhance decision-making.
  • Driving execution of key business initiatives, ensuring timely progress and alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between senior leadership and regional teams.
  • Overseeing and managing critical projects, identifying risks, and implementing solutions proactively.
  • Leading and supporting the preparation of executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acting as a liaison between various business units, ensuring alignment and efficiency across global functions.
  • Streamlining and optimizing operational processes, improving productivity and effectiveness within the leadership team.
  • Supporting talent development efforts and succession planning across the global management structure.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning

What skills & experience you will bring to us

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership, consulting, or strategic operations role, preferably in an international logistics/supply chain environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving key business initiatives.
  • Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of global business operations and cultural dynamics.
