We have offices in Hanau, Bremen, Hamburg, and Stuttgart, and remote work from anywhere in Germany is also possible


Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Administrative & Project Support

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Treasury Management System (TMS), including data entry, user management, and system testing
  • Provide first-level support to internal users for TMS-related queries
  • Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors or banks for resolution
  • Document processes, update procedures, and ensure alignment with internal controls
  • Monitor the treasury mailbox and direct incoming requests to the appropriate team members
  • Support global treasury initiatives by collecting data and coordinating inputs from regional teams
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects such as automation, process mapping, and system migrations
  • Participate in internal training sessions and projects aimed at improving treasury processes
  • Prepare summary reports and data visualizations for internal meetings and presentations.


Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

  • Availability for a minimum of 6–12 months; potential for long-term growth within the company
  • Previous internship or work experience in finance, treasury, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with ERP or TMS systems is an advantage
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
