The position is to be filled for a limited period of 18 months as part of a parental leave replacement.

Your Tasks:

• Development of new products and production processes – from the initial idea to implementation
• Transfer of lab and pilot processes to production scale – you will support the scale-up and ensure a smooth transition
• Organization, supervision, and evaluation of test runs and first productions worldwide
• Standardization and continuous optimization of existing production processes to increase efficiency
• Technical support in root cause analysis and troubleshooting in case of deviations
• Close collaboration with Group Engineering in the planning and commissioning of new equipment as part of investment projects
• Evaluation of new technologies for their relevance and applicability within the company – you identify potential and develop innovative areas of application
• Leading projects to implement the "most effective technologies" in collaboration with R&D, technical teams, and local sites
• Active exchange with research institutions, service providers, partner companies, and start-ups to drive innovation
  
  

Your Profile

• A completed degree in process engineering, food technology, chemical engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in process development and/or production environments, ideally in the food, beverage, or chemical industry
• Strong technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for innovation
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with interdisciplinary teams worldwide
• Good command of written and spoken English
