- You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Career changers (m/f/d) with commercial training and IT experience are also welcome
- Your strengths include a strong service and service orientation

- Analyzing and solving IT problems by phone, remote connection and on site
- Processing tickets and escalation to the manufacturer if necessary

- Support and maintenance of client and server systems from the Microsoft environment
