Position Description

-You present ESG program results and key insights to upper management, effectively communicating ESG performance and strategic implications.

-You provide expert guidance and strategic direction for ESG and climate-related programs, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, GRI).

-You support and coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement to help ensure timely delivery of ESG projects and reports.

-You contribute to ESG data governance by advising on data quality, traceability, and automation, working closely with IT and data owners.

-You advise on the development and refinement of ESG KPIs, metrics, and indicators to support effective measurement of sustainability performance.

-You act as a trusted advisor, consulting internal teams on sustainability reporting, regulations, and best practices.

-You assist in preparing audit-ready documentation and contribute to both internal and external ESG reporting and disclosures.

Position Requirements

-You demonstrate strong program management, organizational, and communication skills.

-You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.

-You bring at least 3 years of experience in climate change or ESG program development.

-You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.

- You are fluent in English.

-You have solid experience with CSRD, ESRS, GRI, and other sustainability reporting frameworks, knowledge of Wdesk reporting platform will be an asset.

-You have proven lateral leadership skills and can effectively collaborate across functions.

-You ideally bring experience in CSRD reporting and risk management
