Area of responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support the preparation of regular sales reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, customers, and sales channels
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to support forecasting and planning activities
• Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders and management
• Help maintain and improve reporting tools and data pipelines
• Support the development of data visualizations that make complex information easy to understand
• Participate in the optimization of reporting processes and tools
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks and special projects within the Market Development department, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• You have a strong interest in sales analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making
• You possess solid skills in Excel and ideally have first experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• You are comfortable working with data and have a basic understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and reporting
• You communicate clearly and can present complex information in a structured and understandable way
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• You are fluent in English and/or German, both written and spoken
• Prior internship or student work experience in sales, controlling, or analytics is a plus, but not required
