Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager (m/f/d) for our Minden location, who will take responsibility for the development and optimization of our production processes. In this key position, you will make a significant contribution to the company's success and work closely with relevant departments.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for

• You organize production and ensure efficient, timely execution of processes.
• You ensure that product quality meets high standards and continuously optimize manufacturing processes.
• You plan personnel deployment and oversee the development of the team.
• You keep the budget in check and ensure that materials are always available.
• You coordinate the material flow and ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements.
• You work closely with departments such as Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
• You ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protection regulations in production.
• You regularly report key production metrics to the management team.
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Completed technical studies or a comparable qualification with a strong technical understanding.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a production environment
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines, including labor law and occupational safety regulations.
• Business management knowledge and experience in personnel deployment and development.
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication and enthusiasm.
• Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to tackle complex challenges.
• Experience in quality inspection and assurance to ensure the highest production standards.
• Proficiency in software programs such as SAP, ERP, PPS systems, and MS Office.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
