We are looking for a Software Engineer obsessed with the craft of building. This role is for the engineer who finds beauty in a well-designed API, satisfaction in a self-healing system, and pride in clean, performant code.
You will be an architect of our central nervous system—the services, infrastructure, and data flows that make our intelligence feel intuitive, seamless, and precise.
Your Toolkit:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN
- Backend & Data: Node.js, Python (FastAPI), Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB
- Infrastructure & Orchestration: Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD on a multi-cloud foundation
- Quality & Delivery: Jest, PyUnit, CircleCI
Your focus will be on the engine, not just the dashboard.
- Engineer the Core Systems: Architect and build the robust backend services and GraphQL APIs that form our platform’s backbone. You will own the logic, performance, and scalability of critical systems.
- Craft Self-Healing Infrastructure: Go beyond application code. Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes). You will build the declarative, automated environments that allow our platform to be resilient and to evolve fluidly.
- Champion Code as Craft: Write, test, and deploy high-quality code that you and your team can be proud of. You will drive technical excellence through rigorous testing (Jest, PyUnit), thoughtful code reviews, and a commitment to maintainability.
- Automate the Intelligence: Build and refine the CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, ArgoCD) that enable continuous, confident delivery. You will find and eliminate friction in the development lifecycle, empowering the entire team to move faster.

- You have 3+ years of experience building and scaling complex, full-stack applications.
- Deep proficiency in your chosen languages and frameworks, with a hunger to learn more. You can argue the merits of different architectural patterns because you’ve implemented them.
- You see infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes) not as a chore, but as a fundamental component of elegant system design.
- Experience with sophisticated API layers is a must; you’re comfortable with the power and patterns of ecosystems like Apollo GraphQL, including real-time data flows.
- You are excited, not intimidated, by the idea of using AI as a pair-programmer, a documentation-writer, and a planning partner to amplify your own capabilities.
- You have an owner’s mindset. When you see a problem or an opportunity for improvement—in the code, the tests, or the deployment pipeline—you take the initiative to solve it.
