Who We Are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and implementation of safety tests on lithium-ion battery cells
• Development of testing methods
• Responsibility for test conduction in pre-development and series projects.
• Definition of test standards
• Data management
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Studies (or even PhD) in sciences, math, computer science, electrical- or mechanical engineering
• Familiarity with international (battery) safety regulations and first practical experience in safety/abuse tests
• Excitement for testing und new technologies
• Hands-on mentality
• English language proficiency
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• First experience with lithium-ion batteries
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Experience in Matlab and/or similar data analysis tools
• Analytical thinking
• Good communication skills in an international and intercultural environment
