What You Will Do

As an integral part of our Validation Project Management Team, you will:

• Take Center Stage in the Program Team: As a sub-project leader, you will be the primary driver for all validation and certification deliverables, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the program. Your role will be central to the program's success, providing strategic guidance and oversight.
• Own the Test Plan: Lead the development and alignment of comprehensive test plans with our customers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be the go-to expert, shaping our approach and execution.
• Lead and Innovate: Guide and inspire our talented Validation and Certification teams to achieve on-time, on-budget success while meeting high-quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in managing budgets, resources, and risks across validation projects.
• Strategize and Drive Change: Lead the preparation of quotation figures and manage change requests with a strategic focus on enhancing validation and certification concepts and efforts. Your analytical skills will contribute evolving our Lab Road Map, strategy, and accreditation efforts.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Serve as a key point of contact for resolving project-related challenges, promoting effective communication and cross-site collaboration.
• Engage in the development and refinement of the Validation Process, contributing to innovative 'Design for Testability' approaches.
• Align test systems and equipment across different projects, fostering a unified approach to Validation and Certification.
