The DRK-Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e. V. is an umbrella organization of independent charities, a national aid organization and a modern service provider. With around 1,000 employees, it operates social and therapeutic facilities and services. We are looking for you to provide IT support for our 18 locations, manage over 100 specialist applications and many other exciting topics!

Your tasks

• You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of the IT operations team and further develop the applications under the ITIL frameworks
• In IT administration and support, you will manage the tasks and be one of 5 colleagues who are supported in processing by a service portal
• As part of the IT service management strategy, you will work on requirements management for the administration and communication area and thus ensure the interface between the specialist departments and IT operations
• You will play an active role in the further automation of our processes and contribute your expertise in the use of artificial intelligence
  
  

Your profile

• You have successfully completed training as an IT business administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d), a degree in computer science or a comparable field and have several years of professional experience
• You have already contributed your leadership experience to teams and projects
• You also have in-depth knowledge of ITIL and a hands-on mentality
• You are a strong communicator and are good at reconciling different interests
• You coordinate a wide range of tasks with an analytical eye and good judgment skills
• With a high level of initiative and a pronounced sense of independence, you bring topics to fruition
