About The Role

As Partner Manager, you will develop and execute the Partnerships and Alliances strategy across Germany, France, Spain and other European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for partnerships and alliances that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives in the DACH region.
  •  Create and manage long-term strategic plans for partner engagement and growth, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Ensure that partnership strategies are aligned with product development, marketing initiatives, and overall business goals to maximize impact and synergy.
  • Identify and leverage innovative approaches to differentiate Thomson Reuters in the market, enhancing the value proposition of partnerships and alliances.
  • Partner Development and Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners to support joint go-to-market campaigns and account planning with sales teams.
  • Drive alignment with solution consultants and professional services for seamless customer implementation and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to execute impactful product campaigns and achieve key pipeline metrics.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales targets, renewals, and satisfaction, to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) summarizing financial results, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Operational Excellence, Strategic Account Planning, Partner Engagement, and cross functional collaboration.


About You

  • 10+ years in Partner and Alliances management, with experience in tax, financial, or legal software solutions.
  • Proven success in achieving sales/revenue goals within complex software environments.
  • Background with global clients, preferably from the Big 4/6 or the tax technology sector.
  • Multilingual, with fluency in German. Spanish would be desirable.
  • Skilled in CRM and sales management tools, with an analytical approach to forecasting.
  • Team-building skills, including experience with senior sales and partner teams.
