Serial Production Program Manager

For the division Production Management Operations at Elevate Aircraft Seating in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for a

Serial Production Program Manager (m/f/d)

Your Duties – (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested)

• You develop and execute production plans for serial production programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals while keeping an overview of all program responsibilities.
• You take responsibility for the execution and successful completion of your assigned projects.
• As a project lead, you coordinate all operational project matters.
• You act as the key interface within the project team and across departments, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to ensure seamless program execution.
• You monitor program progress, identify risks, manage costs, and implement corrective actions and product changes to keep your projects on track.
• You communicate with airline customers and OEMs to coordinate inspections and logistics.
• You create and deliver regular status reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• You support other functions and step in where needed to help achieve program milestones and targets.
  
  

Your Qualification

• You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or have equivalent experience.
• You bring several years of relevant professional experience.
• You have extensive experience in project management as well as in product and process launches.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent project leadership, and a team-oriented mindset.
• You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• You have excellent risk management capabilities.
• You are proficient in MS Project and all MS Office applications.
• You have excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
• You are confident in taking the lead on projects, documenting and coordinating actions, and making timely decisions.
• You are available to work on-site up to 5 days a week, with remote work possible on an irregular basis.
• You are willing to travel for business when required.
