- Develop a deep understanding of safety and operational procedures in the wind industry.
- You are an MBO 4 BOL student in a technical direction or have a strong curiosity about technology.

- You are not afraid of a bit of wind and are ready to seek responsibility.
- You have an open attitude and are prepared to work in a dynamic environment.
- You speak Dutch and can communicate effectively with the team.
