Job Purpose/Role

You support the coordination of our international Audi subsidiaries, plants, and locations. In doing so, you ensure regular information exchange.

You manage location-specific IT portfolios and support their implementation. In this context, you help continuously improve business processes such as international legal frameworks, contract management, budget planning, tenders, and service billing.

You also actively contribute to the development of a new contract management tool, incorporating perspectives from business, support, and governance to create a solution that meets both strategic and operational requirements.

You support the development and alignment of processes to ensure an effective reporting tool for contract management, thereby fostering sustainable collaboration between location management and contract management.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, or Intercultural Management

You have business-fluent English skills

You possess knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI

Generally all positions can be worked part time.
