• Manage end-to-end logistics, from supply chain coordination to expedited global delivery


• Organize and execute purchasing processes, working closely with our finance team


• Streamline and improve logistics and supply chain workflows


• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control and incoming goods inspection


• Optimize supply chains and reduce logistics costs


• Procure and manage production materials, lab equipment and office supplies


• Support our customer solutions team with trade show logistics and planning

• Completed business studies or a qualification as a purchasing or logistics specialist


• Confident use of MS Office and Outlook; experience with Pipedrive is an advantage


• At least two years of industrial work experience


• Good verbal and written communication skills in both German and English


• Strong organizational skills
