• You identify potential: You analyze processes and recognize where Microsoft 365 can deliver real added value.
• You translate business into tech: you translate the requirements of the specialist departments into clear, implementable solutions.
• You accompany changes with sensitivity: whether user adoption or change management - you clear the way for new tools & ways of working.
• You are a sparring partner at eye level - for customers, colleagues and our technical specialists.
• Workshops? Concepts? Presentations? You get to the heart of topics in a clear and charming way.
• You keep at it: from the idea to the go-live, you actively support projects - and make them better.
  
  

What You Should Bring With You

• You have already worked in the Microsoft 365 environment - whether as a consultant, developer or in a similar role.
• You know the interface between business and IT and know how to prepare requirements properly.
• Communication is your thing - whether with stakeholders, project teams or on stage in a workshop.
• German language skills of at least C1 level complete your qualification profile.
  
  

Nice To Have

• You have already worked with Azure, security or client environments.
• You also enjoy talking to admins or developers - and understand what they mean.
• You have already been part of major M365 launches or transformations and know what's important.
