The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

About The Role
- Development and implementation of digital strategies to optimize in-house logistics processes
- Analysis of new and existing logistics processes to identify digitalization potential and enhance efficiency and transparency
- Management of projects for the introduction of new technologies and systems within in-house logistics
- Monitoring of implementation and integration of digital solutions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion
- Execution of training sessions and workshops to enhance employee understanding and use of new technologies
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the digitalization of logistics processes within in-house logistics
- Solid knowledge of digital technologies and systems used in logistics
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
- A structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to take on responsibility and strong professional leadership skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
