About This Position
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to guide the design vision and overall user experience of our products. You'll shape intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex robotic systems.

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Lead to guide the design vision and overall user experience of our products. You'll shape intuitive, elegant interfaces for complex robotic systems.
YOUR TASKS
As Our UI/UX Lead, You Will
- Lead a talented frontend development team, fostering a culture of UX driven development.
- Drive our UX strategy, ensuring consistent and user-centered design across our inspection and security applications.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to understand user needs and workflows.
- Design and oversee intuitive UI/UX solutions that make complex robotic data and operational workflows digestible and actionable.
- Collaborate closely with product, robotics, and AI teams to translate technical requirements into thoughtful interface designs.
- Contribute to topics such as accessibility, device & browser compatibility, internationalization, and usability standards for professional B2B applications.
- Professional Experience: 7–10+ years in UI/UX design, with a proven track record in B2B web applications.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading front-end teams.
- Design Expertise:
- Proficient in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Solid grasp of accessibility standards and how they translate into usable B2B interfaces.
- Tools: Proficient with Figma or equivalent design tools, developer toolchains, and project management platforms (e.g., GitHub, Jira).
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, coach, team player, and role model with a hands-on mentality.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies like React and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and collaboration with developers.
- Comfortable communicating with developers and understanding implementation trade-offs.
- Experience in robotics, 3D visualization (e.g., point clouds, Gaussian splats, meshes), or real-time data UIs.
- Background in design systems, storytelling with data, or enterprise-grade UX.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent—though we equally value experience and demonstrated skill.
