Software Developer C++ (all genders welcome)

We focus on processing and analyzing pipeline inspection data—transforming raw sensor into meaningful representations t that can be evaluated and further processed. As a new team member, you’ll receive comprehensive support to quickly get up to speed in this exciting and challenging field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and development of high quality, high performance, cross platform software solutions for the processing of inspection data
• Writing C++ code in an environment that embraces the development of the language, encourages the adoption of modern practices and features, and makes extensive use of the standard library
• Optimization and parallelization of distributed algorithms, often using libraries like TBB, IPP and OpenCV
• Integration of algorithms in distributed systems such as Dask
• Writing unit, integration and API tests to guard against regressions and help ensure the long term quality of the software
  
  

What you will bring To become part of the ROSEN family, you will demonstrate analytical thinking and an independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach. You also bring:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or extensive professional experience
• Practical, hands-on experience working with C++ on performance constrained tasks
• Ability to design maintainable solutions to complex problems
• Experience with Python and various operating systems is a plus
• A high degree of initiative, commitment and team spirit
• Advanced knowledge in German and English (spoken and written)
