Quality Assurance Manager

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve & manage the quality systems of the site through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to ensure compliance to standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Demonstrate leadership via consensus building, and driving partnership with the client by actively engaging stakeholders in open dialogue to work towards common goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 5+ years' relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
