Area Of Responsibility
- Support and assistance for users with all questions and problems in the areas of hardware and software, on site but also by telephone
- Client/hardware management (selection/procurement/distribution)
- Coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities for new users
- Support in the management of mobile phone equipment
- Collaboration in internal IT projects to improve service quality
- Support in the area of access management (creating ID cards/entering access authorizations)
- Coordination of activities between the various IT service providers and the internal service desk
- Completed IT training - for example IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration, IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or similar IT-related training
- Initial experience in IT support or system administration
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft environment / Windows client systems
- Basic knowledge of networks, Office 365 platform, Microsoft AD, DNS, CA
- Basic knowledge of IT security, PKI systems, NAC an advantage
- Confident communication in written and spoken German and English
