What You Will Be Doing

Your first mission:

• Join our Medical Service Director to deep dive into how we manage staffing today.
• Take ownership to review our current support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows
• Propose and implement improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation — using AI where applicable
• Align with cross-functional teams to ensure changes stick and scale
  
  

After That

• You’ll rotate through key operational focus areas across the company — supporting growth, launching new services, solving bottlenecks, and building internal tooling.
• Lead cross-functional projects with product, medical care, tech, and marketing teams
• Build dashboards, automate processes, and recommend better tools or systems
• Help us scale with excellence, not chaos
  
  

Who You Are

• You finished university (or are about to), and you’ve crushed it — academically and professionally
• You've done internships or collected first fulltime experience in top-tier environments (consulting, tech, startups, VCs, etc.) and thrived in fast-paced, analytical teams
• You’re a natural problem-solver and quick learner, with the grit to figure things out
• You’ve dabbled in tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Retool, SQL, GPT-4, or have a passion for leveraging tech to boost operations
• You love getting things done, even when the path is unclear
• Working proficiency (C1) in both English and German
  
  

Compensation: €54,0000 to €80,000 gross per year, depending on experience — plus company equity
