We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator - Finance, Operations and & Events (m/f/d) to become part of our team. In this role, you will contribute to the empowerment of individuals, teams, and the broader Software Engineering & Cloud Operations (SECO) organization, helping to drive performance and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Organization Enablement Lead, you will play a key role in managing core organizational functions including budgeting, resource planning, office management, and coordination of team activities. You will work cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Site Management, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across the organization.
This is an on-site position where you will be working from our Bensheim office.

Key Responsibilities
- Push for new initiatives to enable organization & streamline daily operations
- Responsible for monitoring, reporting & providing transparency on SECO Budget & Resource Management.
- Responsible for ERP(SAP) process execution (budget approval process, managing purchase orders and invoice workflow
- Shape & enable organization: ways of working, team building, facilitating workshops, foster Bensheim as development hub (office administration)
- Bachelor Degree/ vocational education in business administration, or a comparable educational degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in office management in an international environment.
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP (ERP system) is necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable using other office software.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. German is a plus.
