We are looking for an experienced and talented Chapter Lead Testing (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. Based on product design specifications, you will be responsible for the final verification of requirements for medical products. Additionally, you will have personnel responsibility for a team of test managers and testers.

Chapter Lead Testing (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Technical and personnel leadership of the chapter's employees
• Definition of test strategies, processes, and the tools used
• Recruitment, selection, and commissioning of external service providers
• Planning and technical management of system testing for dental products
• Translating system requirements into test specifications
• Planning of test environments and test automation
• Documentation of identified defects using a bug tracking tool
• Preparation of test documentation in compliance with processes
  
  

Your Profile

• Successfully completed engineering degree and several years of experience in test management, including requirements testing
• Good knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. Jira, Polarion)
• Proficient in using PC software, networks, and databases (e.g. SQL)
• Basic knowledge of a scripting language (e.g. Python)
• Strong communication skills, systematic and goal-oriented work style
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Leadership experience (both technical and disciplinary) is desirable
