Summary

For the Area "Electroplating / Surface Coating" we are looking for a "Specialist Electroplating / Surface Coating (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The PCB production as part of the HENSOLDT production is specialized for the production of high frequency and multilayer PCBs, which are assembled and tested in further production steps in the electronics production.

Your Tasks

• Durchführung aller naßchemischer Arbeiten zur Herstellung von Multilayern inklusive Innenlagenproduktion und Mikrowellensubstraten
• Selbständige Bedienung der Metallisierungsanlage mit Bestücken, Einrichtung der einzelnen Warenträger und Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs
• Oberflächenbeschichtung von Laminaten (chem. NiAu, galv. Au, galv. Ni und HAL (PbSn - Oberfläche))
• Prüfung der durchgeführten Arbeiten gemäß den Vorgaben der IPC 6010 / IPC A 600 beziehungsweise den internen Fertigungsvorschriften
• Bestimmung von Ätzabtrag und Vermessung von geätzten Strukturen mittels Mikroskop
• Bewertung von Auffälligkeiten sowie Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlervermeidung
• Pflege und Wartung der Anlagen und Bäder sowie die Überwachung
• Analytische Kontrolle der chemischen und elektrolytischen Bäder inklusive Berechnung der Nachdosierungen
• Durchführung von Reinigungsintervallen (zum Beispiel ausbeizen) und Neuansätzen
• Bedienung der Neutralisationsanlage
  
  

Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Wechselschicht und gelegentliches Arbeiten am Samstag wird vorausgesetzt.

Your Profile

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / zur Facharbeiter*in Galvanik, Oberflächenbeschichtung oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Leiterplattenfertigung insbesondere Galvanik / Nassbereich vorteilhaft
• Sicherer und verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
• Selbständige, sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
