The Operations Control team, composed of five team members, is in charge of piloting the performance of the Home Healthcare activities of Air Liquide in Germany (VitalAire GmbH Group), modeling the long term strategic ambition while monitoring short term performance and ensuring proper allocation of investment and resources in accordance with our Strategic Objectives. It works in close collaboration with the local Business Lines and Shared Services as well as with the NCSE Region (North Central South East Region) and Home Healthcare GBU teams, to oversee financial and operational performance for the General Management through tools and processes: Target & Reforecasts, monthly Flash & Operations Reviews, quarterly closing & publication and other specific analysis.

- Deliver accurate business reporting: Design and provide accurate, insightful financial reports and dashboards for monthly financial results and long-term plan modelization.
- Analyze & communicate: Monitor financial results, provide detailed analysis to Business Units Management, and present key findings monthly.
- Drive process improvement: Standardize, simplify, and automate reporting processes. Coordinate strategic planning and ensure timely, accurate group reporting.
- Support investment decisions: Contribute to the analysis of strategic projects and monitor project costs.
- Ensure compliance: Implement and apply Group Operations Control standards and policies.

Education
- Master's degree in business administration or engineering
- Proven finance/accounting/controlling experience in a multinational setting.
- Deep understanding of operational performance levers.
- Strong technical financial skills with high business acumen.
- Expertise in ERP and BI systems for financial reporting
- Namely knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, Access, SAP, SAP BW and Power BI for Visualisation.
- Comfortable with challenging tasks and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English, intermediate German.
