• Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
• Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Als Prüfsachverständige*r tragen Sie die Verantwortung für das Prüfen und Bewerten von elektrischen Anlagen, Sicherheitsstromversorgungen, Brandmelde- und Gefahrenmeldeanlagen in Industrie-, Gewerbe- und Sonderbauten.
• Sie erstellen Gutachten über den sicherheitstechnischen Zustand der Anlagen vor Ort beim Kunden.
• Sie beraten Ihre Kunden in allen Fragen der Elektrotechnik.
• Wir bieten Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tätigkeit im gesamten Spektrum der Real Estate. Hierbei gelangen Sie in Bereiche, zu denen Sie sonst keinen Zugang erhalten.
• Ihr Einsatzgebiet umfasst die Prüfung der Anlagen bei Kunden vor Ort, hierbei wird eine wohnortnahe Disposition angestrebt. Ihr Schrittziel erreichen Sie täglich bei der Arbeit.
• Während Ihrer Ausbildung bei uns begleiten Sie erfahrene Sachverständige und erhalten umfangreiche fachliche Aus- und Weiterbildungen. Außerdem tragen regelmäßige Teamsitzungen dem internen Austausch bei.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Studium des Ingenieurwesens/ Bachelor Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik ist Voraussetzung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Instandhaltung oder dem Bau elektrotechnischer Einrichtungen als Elektrofachkraft wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Regelwerke (z.B. DIN, VDE, VDI) sowie Rechtsgrundlagen
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Freude an Weiterbildung
• Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit, selbstbewusstes und sicheres Auftreten
• Führerschein der Klasse B
