In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities

The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and operating Power BI dashboards focused on Quality in manufacturing with KPIs and analytics
- Leading the implementation of dashboarding best practices and ensure high usability and performance
- Translating quality use cases and wireframes into interactive visual reports for various user groups (from shopfloor to management)
- Ensuring data reliability, proper modeling, and scalable report structures aligned with PowerCo’s quality strategy
- Supporting data quality checks, ongoing dashboard maintenance, and user training sessions
- Working closely with Business and UX/UI Experts to continuously optimize and evolve existing Quality Data-Analytic products
- Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in business intelligence with deep expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, service layer, Row-Level Security, etc.)
- Proven ability to design user-centric reports & dashboards that drive operational and strategic decisions
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control, ideally in the battery or automotive industry
- Structured thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for empowering others with data
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Background in production IT or shopfloor systems (e.g. MES, SCADA, OPC-UA)
- Familiarity with Databricks, SQL, Python
- Curiosity, ownership mentality, and a passion for clean visual storytelling
- German language skills are a plus
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
