PowerCo SE Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

Your role and key responsibilities

  • Transforming quality and production requirements into intuitive dashboards and data reports
  • Structuring requirements into clear and actionable user stories using Confluence and Jira tickets.
  • Designing user journeys, wireframes and mock-ups with a strong focus on clarity, functionality and scalability for quality monitoring in battery cell manufacturing
  • Designing and developing data analytic products like dashboards and data reports
  • Ensuring a seamless user experience and intuitive UI for data tools.
  • Maintaining and evolve a unified design system for data applications.
  • Communicating and collaborating closely with the business experts and data development team

What you bring to the team

  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
  • Several years of experience designing data interfaces (dashboards, reports, visual workflows)
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping, design systems, and accessibility standards
  • Strong collaboration mindset and clear communication in interdisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and dashboarding environments

What makes you stand out

  • An eye for translating technical complexity into visual simplicity
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Skills in workshop facilitation and Design Thinking
  • Passion for building tools that users want to us
  • German language skills are a plus
