Who We Are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing our ESS operating model - with clear business, goods and financial flows, processes, structures and principles.
• You document key operational principles for transparent and binding collaboration.
• As the first point of contact for new, non-standardised economic issues, you will analyse their impact on the business model, processes and systems and manage their implementation.
• Leading complex, cross-functional projects focussing on process design, international scaling and interface management.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the harmonisation of business, goods and financial flows, processes, structures and regulatory requirements.
• You will further develop governance structures and contribute your experience in the development of operating models.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Degree in business administration, business law, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, project or business development.
• In-depth understanding of business, goods and financial flows and their interactions.
• Basic legal understanding - in particular of compliance, contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Confident communication in international stakeholder management.
