Your Role at Reonic
As our Founder Associate - Finance , you’ll act as the backbone of our reporting, sales, and operations. Working closely with our Founders, Sales, and Marketing teams, you'll turn data into actionable insights and ensure our business KPIs stay on track for growt
What You’ll Do
- Interpret and deliver KPIs for internal decision-making and investor reporting
- Building a forecasting function
- Support Sales & Customer Success with metrics like CAC, NRR, Payback Period, etc.
- Set up and optimize automations with or without the dev team
- Be the main touchpoint to our tax consultant to deliver the needed informations
- Serve as the main contact for our tax consultant and ensure smooth accounting handovers
- Own invoice-related admin processes – and automate them where possible
- 2+ years of experience in consulting or financial management in start-up environments during Series A/B/C
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality – no need for a large team to get things done
- Ambitious and ready to go the extra mile when needed
- Solid understanding of startup KPIs
- Accounting experience – you can challenge the tax consultant when needed
- Tech-savvy and curious – eager to understand systems and extract KPIs
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Experience with tools like HubSpot and Stripe (a plus)
- Bonus: Previous experience in SaaS startups
- Ideally start as soon as possible
- Located in Berlin or Augsburg – relocation support provided
