About the Role

We are seeking an Expert Product Manager to take ownership of key products that play a critical role within our large-scale smart factory. In this role, you will drive product vision, development, as well as live production support, with a deep understanding of complex production processes and value chain interdependencies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, supply chain, research, and sales to ensure product success from concept through delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, data-driven environments and understands the dynamics of manufacturing at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery through delivery and iteration with a focus on process creation and improvement
• Translate business needs into clear product vision, roadmaps, and actionable requirements
• Align product goals with business objectives, operational efficiency, and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build and launch high-impact solutions
• Use data and user feedback to inform decisions, validate solutions, and continuously improve products
• Drive transparency and alignment through clear documentation and stakeholder communication
• Focus on documenting processes or support their documentation
• Champion agile and user-centred practices across teams to ensure focus on value and delivery
• Identify opportunities to optimize product performance across the end-to-end value chain
• Develop a deep understanding production processes, material flow, equipment capabilities, and constraints
• Collaborate with production teams to align product decisions with factory realities
• Lead efforts in product standardization, complexity reduction, and cost optimization
  
  

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B, enterprise, or platform environments
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management or a related field, or proven work experience equivalent
• Experience working with ERP, MES, Logistics and/or any manufacturing related software
• Proven success in driving complex initiatives with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical products across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making, backed by data and user insight
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies and a deep understanding of product lifecycle best practices
• A user-centric mindset and a passion for building solutions that deliver clear value to the business
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and deal with uncertainty
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail
• Process mapping skills (particularly BPMN)
