- Product investigation
- Investigation of customer complaints from ROHMs product portfolio
- Usage of automotive quality tools, like 8D report
- Technical communication internal & external
- Support customers product qualification and technical data requests
- Electrical / Electronic engineering degree or similar
- Experience in complaint handling and product investigation
- Systematic and structured way of working, quality mindset and motivated to work in the lab within an international QA team
- Quality background IATF16949, 8D, APQP (PPAP) etc.
- Automotive knowledge (e.g. component qualification)
- Power Semiconductor background would be beneficial (SiC, GaN, IGBT…)
- Fluent language skills in English and German
