Requirements
Location: Only for applicants from Germany
Language: German - Fluent, English - Fluent
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting, software delivery, or digital transformation (B2B sector)
- Background in managing projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or high motivation to quickly gain deep WMS knowledge
- Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (planning, risk/financial management, roadmapping, reporting)
- Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively
- Lead interdisciplinary IT teams: assign tasks, provide guidance, monitor progress, and ensure team collaboration
- Communicate and manage expectations with key stakeholders (clients, management, technical teams)
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Estimate project budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within financial targets
- Oversee quality assurance across all project deliverables and implement improvements when needed
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to best practices for future projects
