Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of objectives in sales growth, profitability and service concepts with accounts in the designated regions
  • Establish, develop and manage 1st class sustainable commercial relationships with existing, new and strategic customers
  • Assume account management responsibilities for agreed customers
  • Support the European Business Development Director UV Flexo with preparation of local sales budgets and targets
  • Develop account management plans and target customer strategies to deliver market growth
  • Capture all customer data, activities and contact opportunity trackers and tools
  • Manage product and service needs of customers and keep abreast of technical performance of products supplied
  • Reviewing, capturing and updating upon customer forecasting and demand

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive industry knowledge within ink, printing consumables and or printing (Flexographic, Screen or Gravure), ideally with experience in UV Flexo
  • Experience in all aspects of customer relationship management
  • Proven track record for succeeding with new business growth and customer
  • Good knowledge of colour theory and ink management tools
  • IT skills – competent in the use of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience ideal but not necessary
  • Full Clean driving licence
