As an IT technician (m/f/d) at Telekonnekt, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with doctors, dentists, pharmacies and other service providers to enable them to make a smooth transition to the telematics infrastructure.

Telekonnekt GmbH is a subsidiary of Research Industrial Systems Engineering (RISE) Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Großprojektberatung GmbH, the leading company in this sector in Austria.

Your Tasks

• Support for our data centers in Nuremberg and Munich
• Installation of servers and network components
• Troubleshooting
• Wiring of the components
• Installation and configuration of card terminals (e.g. Cherry ST-1506)
• Installation and configuration of TI connectors
• Setting up VPN connections
• Installation and maintenance of TI software (e.g. KIM)
• Troubleshooting and technical support
• Training of users
  

Your Profile

• Completed training as a computer scientist, IT specialist or a comparable qualification, also IT-affine career changers are welcome
• Knowledge of IT administration or network technology, possibly also of the telematics infrastructure (TI)
• Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Very good knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Good knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Communication and presentation skills
• Class B driving license
• German spoken and written
• Knowledge of ProxMox and Linux an advantage
