What to expect – your work will matter from day one:
- You’ll be responsible for processing incoming invoices for our European entities – all within a fully digital workflow
- You’ll be a key contact for internal teams and external vendors – handling account clarifications and managing payment reminders with confidence
- You’ll stay on top of the accounting inbox – structured, efficient, and with an eye for what’s important
- Recurring entries, queries, or process routines? You’ll handle them reliably and on time
- You’ll actively support monthly and annual closing processes – deepening your expertise and growing with your responsibilities
- You’ll bring fresh ideas and help drive process improvement projects – your input is valued and encouraged
What we’re looking for – and what you’ll bring to the team:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent training), ideally with at least some practical experience in accounting – but we’re also open to strong junior profiles
- A structured, accurate, and independent working style – someone we can rely on
- A hands-on mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you enjoy being part of a team that supports each other
- Strong communication skills – you’re clear, proactive, and comfortable working across teams and cultures
- Very good English skills – and confidence working in a digital environment
- German skills would be appreciated
- You thrive in an international, diverse workplace – and you contribute to it with your unique perspective and professionalism
