Area of responsibilities:

• Oversee all global logistical activities, including transportation, distribution, and storage of our products
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory and distribution standards across global channels (wholesale, direct-to-consumer)
• Negotiate cost-effective solutions for inbound and outbound logistics with forwarding agencies and 3PL providers, including leading tender processes
• Ensure market-leading service standards while optimizing logistics costs
• Ensure existing storage and transport capacities meet current and future requirements
• Support the sales department with all logistical issues, including cost analysis, import duties, and special projects
• Manage daily operations and relationships with 3PL providers
• Maintain the functionality of storage systems, ensure inventory control, and uphold quality assurance to meet compliance and service level standards
  
  

Profile of qualification:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a comparable field
• Extensive experience in a senior supply chain/logistics role at both European and global levels
• Strong knowledge of global forwarders and 3PL networks
• Proven track record of successfully implementing distribution processes
• Excellent leadership skills, strong conceptual thinking, a hands-on approach, and the ability to drive results
• Fluent in business English; German and Chinese language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel
