As a direct marketing service provider with around 100 employees, the marketwing GROUP has been successfully handling the communication and fundraising of non-profit organizations / donation organizations for over 15 years so that they can concentrate on their charitable work.

We are strengthening our motivated, cheerful fundraising team in Hanover/Garbsen and are looking for a System Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• System & network administration (Windows Server / Active Directory)
• Supervision of the IT service desk and support for internal users
• Backup and restore
• Rollout of new end devices and client management
• Administration of VoIP telephony
• Provision of virtual servers/workstations
• Research and procurement of hardware and peripherals
  
  

Your profile

Degree? Yes, but not mandatory: whether you are training as an IT specialist, studying computer science or a career changer with experience - what counts for us is what you can do.

Required Knowledge

• Good knowledge of Windows Server 2019+
• Good knowledge of data backup, e.g. with VEEAM
• Experience with VMware vSphere
• Organizational skills and initiative to work independently
• Very good German and good English skills
  
  

Nice-to-have (but Not a Must)

• Experience with the replication of virtual machines
• Knowledge of working with and configuring firewalls
• Knowledge of system monitoring, e.g. with Nagios
• Experience with Powershell
