Your Tasks
- As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will take on the lateral leadership of an agile software development team and work continuously on personal development
- You ensure delivery capability together with the Product Owner and the Delivery Lead and align value creation effectively and efficiently with customer value
- Responsibility for agile processes and actively shaping necessary changes - e.g. in the area of DevOps, eliminating external disruptions and ensuring efficient processes
- You reduce time wastage and focus on customer-oriented solutions and create transparency when skills and risks are lacking and escalate when necessary.
- You feed insights and customer feedback back into the product backlog
- Experience in software development and DevOps (CI/CD, SDLC)
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment as well as experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Application of agile methods, process analysis and project coordination
- Personal responsibility, flexibility, openness and courage
- Ability to manage complex situations and support teams
- Communication and conflict resolution skills: strong communicator, empathic and able to deal with conflict and experience in supporting change processes
- Practical experience in resolving conflicts and handling them efficiently and constructively.
