Your Tasks

• As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will take on the lateral leadership of an agile software development team and work continuously on personal development
• You ensure delivery capability together with the Product Owner and the Delivery Lead and align value creation effectively and efficiently with customer value
• Responsibility for agile processes and actively shaping necessary changes - e.g. in the area of DevOps, eliminating external disruptions and ensuring efficient processes
• You reduce time wastage and focus on customer-oriented solutions and create transparency when skills and risks are lacking and escalate when necessary.
• You feed insights and customer feedback back into the product backlog
  
  

Your Profile

• Experience in software development and DevOps (CI/CD, SDLC)
• Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment as well as experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Application of agile methods, process analysis and project coordination
• Personal responsibility, flexibility, openness and courage
• Ability to manage complex situations and support teams
• Communication and conflict resolution skills: strong communicator, empathic and able to deal with conflict and experience in supporting change processes
• Practical experience in resolving conflicts and handling them efficiently and constructively.
