- Active customer acquisition based on HAHN's strategic orientation and experience
- Targeted market/competition observation
- Regular customer visits and ongoing contact with decision-makers
- Support of project planning, creation and maintenance of customer and offer data in the CRM system
- Support of the customer project during order processing together with the project management
- Communication skills, experience in sales customer service
- Enjoy building new customer relationships
- Proven professional experience as a business development manager, sales executive or in a relevant position
- Native language Dutch, good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Good specialist knowledge in the area of special machine construction/automation
- Success-oriented and open working environment, international, state-of-the-art standards
- Working independently in a dynamic team with short decision-making processes
- As a special machine manufacturer with a wide range of customer requirements, you never get bored
