How you can get involved with us

• You are no stranger to digitalization: you design, model and implement RPA and IDP solutions in our (international) project teams.
• Enthusiasm for projects: When working on international projects, you contribute innovative ideas and analyze requirements together with the internal consultants from the specialist departments.
• In the thick of things instead of just being there: you are the technical expert on automation topics in the company.
• Progress and further development: you independently identify optimization potential based on the latest IT trends and establish these in our system landscape.
• Tackle it too: With your hands-on mentality, you drive projects independently and implement the solution concepts using standard market software tools (e.g. UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform).
  
  

What you bring with you

• Degree in computer science or economics, alternatively IT or commercial training, preferably with additional qualifications
• Experience in the areas of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) & Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Sound knowledge of programming and scripting languages
• Knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning frameworks is an advantage
• Ability to understand business requirements from an operational perspective and transfer them to IT systems
• You combine communication skills and problem-solving-oriented action in contact with a wide range of contact persons, also in English, with a professional demeanor.
• Creative team player with persuasiveness and initiative
