Your impact
- Design and implement standardized testing concepts aligned with our product maturity model
- Coordinate between R&D (Software and Electronics) and global production sites
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing and testing concepts in line with technical and economic targets
- Define and align customer-specific requirements for software and electronics development
- Monitor cost-efficiency, risk, and resource usage across projects, initiating countermeasures where needed
- Plan and manage investment projects, focusing on testing technologies
- Standardize and continuously improve processes and working methods across our EMEA HVAC production sites
You are a strong communicator and able to build networks across locations. You have strong analytical, structured, and methodical work approach. You also bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, having a master’s degree is an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and across global interfaces
- Basic project management skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally
