Your duties
- Development and maintenance of frontend and backend components, ensuring robust and efficient architecture
- Ensuring optimal performance, security, accessibility, and scalability of applications
- Contribution to high-level architectural decisions and definition of overall technical strategy for components
- Provision of guidance, support, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
- Assistance in skill development and promotion of a culture of continuous learning within the team
- Resolution of complex technical challenges and efficient troubleshooting, including root cause identification
- Collaboration with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement project requirements
- Establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality
- Monitoring of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to leverage modern approaches
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field of study
- 5+ years of proven experience in fullstack development, with a strong track record of delivering complex software projects
- Expert knowledge in Java 17, Spring Boot 3 and REST is a must
- Proficiency in Angular 16+ and TypeScript
- High-level understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical issues
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- English is a Must – German is a Plus
