Your 1st Mission

Build Customer Success at Ivy:

  • We’ve been growing 100% QoQ since we acquired our license. We need to build Customer Success now.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, challenges, and goals, and use those insights to shape the products we build. You won’t just deliver feedback-you’ll be an integral part of the product development process, ensuring what we create solves real problems and drives value.
  • Once a new product is built, you’ll bring it back to the market, helping existing customers adopt and grow with us in a way that’s strategic, authentic, and impactful.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn, cares deeply about their work and is ready to leave a footprint in FinTech & Crypto. You will be reporting directly to our co-founder & CRO Peter, giving you maximum exposure. You have the chance to build the Customer Success function from the ground up and embed our customers' voice into the heart of Ivy’s product development and growth strategy.
